Future Proof 2023
This is a comprehensive branding for Ringling College of Art + Design’s Motion Design conference Future Proof 2024.
The concept is that an artist is immersed in his creative world. Every flash of an idea is a star waiting to be illuminated. Believe in yourself and don’t stop imagining boldly, creating has meaning all by itself.
The animation includes three different styles: graphic, illustration, and collage. This style variation shows the artist moving through different environments in the imaginary world.

Graphic
In order to show the diversity of motion design, my teammate and I plan to include three styles.
For the office part, the graphic style reflects a sense of order and repetition, symbolizing that the working environment at the beginning is dull.
For the rest part, the illustration and collage styles have more interesting color palettes and textures, which shows artist’s imaginary world.
